Debt Recovery Service
It goes without saying that being paid on time is vital to contractors and the smallest businesses. Through Vantage Legal Services, we can arrange a highly competitive and efficient debt recovery service to settle outstanding invoices. Here is a brief outline of the steps that will be done on your business’s behalf with contractor legal services.

Debt Recovery Process
In some instances, a chaser letter can be enough to prompt a debtor to make payment
If the chaser letter is not successful, the next step will be to send a formal letter before action
Interest can be claimed in the letter before action subject to your Terms of Business
Claims relating to business to business debts can, subject to your Terms of Business, include a claim under the Late Payment of Commercial Debt Regulations
If the letter before actions proves unsuccessful, the next step you may wish to consider is commencing legal proceedings
