Contract for Services
In order to accurately process your timesheets and ensure the timely delivery and ultimate payment of your invoices, it is imperative we hold a valid contract on file.
Please note if QAccounting do not hold a valid contract on file, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, nor timely delivery of invoices.
Please advise if your contract has been extended or if you have a new contract in place.
If this is the case, can you please forward a copy of the new or revised contract to your Account Manager as soon as possible for our records.
We would also remind you to ensure you advise us of any change to your preferred e-mail address, again, this will ensure we have a record of your up to date contact details.
